After years of destroying my body and mind with yo-yo dieting I’ve had enough. I no longer feel sad when I say no to something I’m craving, or guilty when I say yes. I believe that a whole foods plant-based diet is the key to healing your body and mind without sacrificing flavor. The diet I provide on this website is macrobiotic-esque. I believe that you can heal yourself with foods that include tropical fruits, zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes, which are not a part of a traditional macrobiotic diet. I also believe that food can be healthy and tasty at the same time. This is not a brown rice and mineral water diet. You shouldn’t feel like you have to sacrifice what you love to be where you want physically. That being said, my recipes don’t include meat, dairy, eggs, honey, processed foods, or much sugar. Processed sugars are all replaced with natural alternatives that won’t spike blood sugar levels as much and will make you feel so much better emotionally and physically. Trust me when I say that you won’t miss any of it. When you realize how good you feel you won’t want to stop.
