There’s a new restaurant in town called Seasons Plant Based Bistro and it is to die for! I had the gnocchi with cream sauce and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. So I set to work on a cream sauce of my own and I absolutely love it how this fettuccine alfredo turned out!
This was the first year I got to have a fully vegan Thanksgiving and I have to say it was sooo peaceful! No dead animals, no pus (from mastitis), and no stupid vegan jokes. The tradeoff was that I had to cook everything. Worth it! I got to cook and dance for about 15 hours while listening to Vegan Thankgiving. It was a party.
