There’s a recipe my family has been making my whole life that I just love, but we’ve never had a name for it. It’s made with rice, cream of mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix, and pork chops. I always loved the rice part. The mushrooms gave it a savory gravy flavor. Luckily, this one was easy to convert into a whole food vegan meal. Might I say that it even tastes better with real spices and herbs and no corn syrup or dead animals.
I love that purple, orange, and green cauliflower can be found just about anywhere these days. Somehow colored cauliflower and broccoli romanesco actually get me to eat more vegetables. I’m basically a 10 year old kid.
