There’s a new restaurant in town called Seasons Plant Based Bistro and it is to die for! I had the gnocchi with cream sauce and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. So I set to work on a cream sauce of my own and I absolutely love it how this fettuccine alfredo turned out!
Will I ever get tired of Italian food? I think no. Although I would love to learn how to cook a wider variety of foods like Thai and Indian I just keep coming back to pasta. It’s definitely a comfort food! And this one is so much healthier than traditional fettuccine alfredo. Usually the sauce is made with butter, cream, and cheese. Talk about artery-clogging! This one is made with nuts. And if you haven’t tried cashew cream yet you’re in for a treat! My fettuccine alfredo recipe is gonna knock your socks off and won’t leave you feeling heavy and lethargic!
