There’s a new restaurant in town called Seasons Plant Based Bistro and it is to die for! I had the gnocchi with cream sauce and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. So I set to work on a cream sauce of my own and I absolutely love it how this fettuccine alfredo turned out!
My dad used to make the best spaghetti with meat sauce. It was one of those rare occasions in my life I’ve ever eaten meat and even then I picked around the big chunks. Now that animal products are off the table I’ve found much more delicious, cruetly-free, healthy, and environmentally-friendly ways to eat the same kind of foods. This spaghetti bolognese is made similar to my Toasty Tempeh Chili. Shredded tempeh and portobello mushrooms resemble beef in texture and flavor, but are packed with nutrition. Check it out and even your meat-eating friends won’t be disappointed!
