It’s rare when I don’t have ripe bananas in the house, which keeps the fruit flies happy. I usually freeze my bananas and blend them into a smoothie, but once in a while I just need some banana bread. But what’s the point in creating a banana bread recipe that’s exactly the same as everyone else’s? So I put on my chef hat and got to work. I decided on mixing my favorite dessert breads into one. These aren’t your ordinary banana nut muffins. No they’re chocolate banana, zucchini, carrot nut muffins with cayenne for a Mexican kick! And they’re fabulous!
